Empowered women empower women

In the midst of Covid19 many non-profit organizations are struggling.

Kari Knight Dermatology was founded in June 2020, and we want to celebrate our birthday by giving back. We feel incredibly honored by the support of the Yakima Valley, and can’t wait to direct the support of our beautiful patients towards this worthy cause.

I don’t know how 2020 was for you, but I am more aware than ever of the ways hardship lands especially heavily on those who are already struggling. I think of abusive situations where the victim is now trapped at home with the abuser 24/7. I think of the children who used to find escape in school now finding their home to be their prison. I want to give to the YWCA so that when people reach out for help, resources are there for them.

Research shows that when women acquire resources they are statistically more likely to give them away. I have found this to be true over and over as I asked local business and the skincare brands with which I work to donate towards this fundraiser.
